Team Biography
Dr. F. Allan Olorunsola is a visionary, insightful, conceptual leader with exceptional problem-solving, facilitation, and implementation skills. With a goal-oriented, pioneering spirit, he serves as the 2nd Vice President of UNAC-MD. An engineer by profession with over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, project management, security risk assessment, and network engineering infrastructure in the financial, technology, and telecommunications industries. Allan is responsible for project management implementation for new cell site construction and engineering for AT&T LTE, 5G, and FirstNet deployments in the Washington DC–Baltimore region.
Dr. Allan Olorunsola is a U.S. Soccer Licensed Soccer coach and the President of the Global Impact Sports (GIS) Soccer academy, responsible for strategically overseeing organizational policies, programs, and stakeholder engagements. He is a sports lover and partakes in long-distance races such as the annual Marine Corps Marathon.
He is a creative entrepreneur and the founder of 7Billiontees.com, a promotional products outlet. Dr. Olorunsola is an ordained minister and the Rhema Chapel International Churches coordinator in the North American region. He authored the book GET A YES: The Fundamentals of Answered Prayers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and two Master’s Degrees in Telecommunications Management and Cybersecurity Policy. He also earned a doctorate in computer science with a specialization in information assurance.
Dr. Allan Olorunsola volunteers as a Yoruba language interpreter at the National Language Service Corps. He is married, has children, and lives in the Washington Metro Area.
Tolulope Joshua Oginni is a Nigerian businessman and technology entrepreneur, within the agriculture and banking sector. He is the chief executive officer of Transfurd Limited, an agricultural development and management service company.Tolulope was named one of Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 in the business category for 2019.
In 2021, he founded Transtech Consulting LLC in America, an information technology teaching institute for beginners. Prior to launching a dating app he calls RYT dating App, Marquis Who’s Who; an American biographies publisher recognized him, for his exceptional effort in fighting money laundering, terrorism financing, counterterrorism, and various forms of fraudulent activities.
Olaniyi Tompson Tabi is the publisher of Naija Times USA, a news magazine with a touch of class bridging the gap between Africa and the Diaspora. He is also the president of Nigeria Independence Ball, Awards, and Dinner, NIBAD. He is a consummate reader and a community activist.
Babatunde Alegbeleye is a nurse, providing over twenty-five years of teamwork and collaboration to provide required healthcare needs to our nation’s aging veterans in a primary care setting. An activist and a community leader with over forty years of public service, he was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up in a low-income household was tough; however, he was determined to provide a better future for himself.
After his secondary education, his parents encouraged him to learn a trade instead of becoming a professional soccer player. He chose Silk-Process Printing, which was growing at the time in the country. His first employment was at the Oyo State Government Printing Press. He secured admission to further his education in the United States of America the same year.
Having learned about public service from his father, who was the secretary of a political party, this passion grew and engulfed him. He started by volunteering with Catholic Charities while living in Philadelphia. He has since been involved in advocacy for others.
Babatunde is a member of several progressive groups seeking to develop broader civic engagement and encourage political participation of fellow Africans in Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia. He was the Regional Coordinator for the Nigerian American Public Affairs Committee (NAPAC) and a member of the United Nigerian American Council (UNAC).
Babatunde is a union activist with the (AFGE) American Federation of Government Employees; served as the local Chief Shop Steward and the Local Political Coordinator; Elected President, Employee Association at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, D.C. He is also a member of (MDCRAB) Maryland Community Research Advisory Board and (YORNNA) Yoruba Nurses of North America, delivering health missions yearly to the less fortunate in Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, an Applied Science Degree with a focus in Cyber Security, and is an Ordained Minister, Coach, and Mentor. He is also a serial entrepreneur.
Babatunde has volunteered with the city of Bowie’s Diversity Committee and the Bowie Youth and Teen Mentoring Program. He also volunteered as a Legacy Leadership Legislative Intern at the Maryland General Assembly and is a veteran of the United States Army.
Being part of his community for over twenty-eight years, Babatunde is a husband, father of five daughters, two sons, and a granddaughter, all well-educated. He is always committed to serving his community and is a justice ambassador.

With a keen eye for design, a passion for African culture, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, Temitope has propelled his brands to international acclaim, earning recognition for their unique blend of traditional African aesthetics and contemporary style.
Professional Journey: Temitope’s journey as an entrepreneur began with a deep appreciation for the rich heritage and vibrant textiles of Africa. Drawing inspiration from his roots and the cultural diversity of the continent, he founded Temmy Collection as a platform to showcase the beauty of African fashion to the world. Through dedication, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, he transformed Temmy Collection into a household name synonymous with elegance, authenticity, and innovation.
In 2005, recognizing the evolving landscape of the fashion industry and the growing demand for African-inspired clothing globally, Temitope expanded his vision and launched Crafrik Clothing. This new venture allowed him to explore contemporary design trends while staying true to the essence of African craftsmanship and heritage. Under his leadership, Crafrik Clothing has become a trailblazer in the fusion of traditional African textiles with modern silhouettes, attracting a diverse clientele from around the world.
Dorcas ‘Sumbo Ajanlekoko is a Child Welfare Official with the State of Maryland Department of Human Resources – Department of Social Services Baltimore City.
She embarked on a career advancement at the University of Maryland School of Social Work where she completed the requirements for the Master of Social work degree in 2012 with a primary concentration of Clinical and a secondary concentration of Management and Community Organization with a specialization in Mental Health.
She participated in a post-graduate certificate program facilitated by the Department of Human Resources Child Welfare Academy at the University of Maryland School of Work in 2017
She has worked in various governmental agencies such as the Department of Juvenile Services as a Youth Supervisor I, State of Maryland, Department of Social Services as a Family Services Worker II, served as a Social Work Associate with the Government of the District of Columbia – Child and Family Services Agency, Washington DC, USA and Psychotherapeutic Rehabilitation Services, Landover Maryland, USA.
She has over 15 years in the Human Services Field.
Dorcas is a Licensed Master’s Social Work. She has experience government benefits and entitlements.
She is blessed with adults children and a grandson.
